Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Perishable items (such as food products) or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable.
Gift cards and digital products cannot be refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
